Soccer Scholarships

Anyone wishing to apply for a scholarship may either come to an open registration day or e-mail our Registrar to make arrangements.

Mid-County Night at the Earthquakes

Mid-County Soccer will be hosting it's first annual Night at the San Jose Earthquakes. Professional soccer has returned to the Bay Area and Mid-County will be there on May 22 to celebrate.

Come join us as the Earthquakes host the Houston Dynamo, their predecessors and current MLS champions. Tickets are $20. A portion of the ticket proceeds will benefit Mid-County soccer. Contact Bob Veach if you have any questions.

Bring your team & families for a great night of team building and soccer.

Fall 2008 Registration

Mail-in Registration - begins March 1st

Instructions:

1. Click on the link above. Download the file. We will need (2) completed copies per child with an original signature. It must be in blue ink.
   
   
2. Division 4 (Recreational), one (1) copy of child's birth certificate for age verification if the player did not register last year.*
   
   Division 3 two (2) copies of child's birth certificate for age verification. If the player is trying out for Class III, please register in advance. After tryouts, the full registration fee will be refunded if the player will be playing for a different club.*

3. Division 4 (Recreational), one (1) 1"x1" photo, U-12 & up
   
   Division 3 (Competitive), two (2) 1"x1" photos, U-10 & up

• Registrations received before June 1st are $125/player (up to 2 children). Third child from same family is $85.
• Registration for U6 players is $85.
• Registrations received after June 1st must include a $25 late fee.
• Registrations received after August 1st will be placed on waiting lists.
• Scholarships are available to qualified applicants, limited number available.
• NO REFUNDS will be given afer September 1, 2008.

Club Refund Policy

Refund requests must be:
- in writing
(Include child's full name, date of birth & age group.)
- mailed to: MCYSC, P.O. Box 668, Soquel, Ca 95073.
- postmarked by August 31, 2008.
- please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Requests received before August 31st will be refunded less a $32.00 registration fee.

NO REFUNDS will be given afer September 1, 2008.
